This song is like a deep ocean of feelings. I'm glad that I was able to hear sth so great from Kamelot cuz you know some of their songs are not so awsome. Whatever I like it so much. Good work ;)

I think the reason that some people find it boring is because of it's relative simplicity. Personally, that is the very reason I like it more than most of their other songs.

Definitally one of my favorite slow songs, i wish they would make a combination of this song and A Sailormans Hymn (from The Fourth Legacy). They're about the same tempo, they could probably make a mix, and the two songs could almost make up a sort of story. The "Dont you Cry" refrain would work great with the refrain of Dont you Cry.

This is one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard. My father isn't physically dead, at least not that I know of as of now, but I've lost him in a far more painful way. Anyone who says this is boring obviously has no idea how painful loss is.

I agree with those who connect with the lyrics of this song. It means something to them, as it does to me. Those who think it is "boring" or that it "sucks" simply lack an appreciation - and perhaps a mature and healthy understanding of the art of expression - through music - articulating the human experience and the emotions one feels when dealing with something difficult. Simply put: there's more to music than just hard and fast, pound your fist in the air and shout. Those who can't understand or agree with me today will surely walk through the door of understanding in due time.

this song isnt boring....you need to learn to appreciate music in all of its forms. whether the melody be slow or upbeat. the lyrics happy or sad. the song has a certain mood and rythym FOR A REASON.
