in this song, David Bowie rips on Nazis. "Supermen" is a reference to Nietzsche's concept of the "Superman" which influenced Hitler's ideology and the Nazis.

This song references Nietzsche, who in turn was unknowingly discussing the Nephilim and their various progeny. Just check it out.
