The term "New Jerusalem" is a metaphor for Utopianism (...let all the 'dreamers' wake the nation) - without necessarily saying what that utopian nation would be. It is a call to action - for you to bring your own utopia into being. In business, can a woman break the 'glass ceiling' without having to act like a man? The movie (Working Girl) answers unapologetically, yes. It is a song of hope and courage. Thank you Carley Simon.
