I remember the Mats played this song once on a televised awards show and they asked Paul not to mention the line about the pills and change the lyric. Needless to say he said it anyway. I think he even added the word pills more to the song just to be an ass.

yep i saw that too. he changed the line "too late to turn back, here we go" into "it's too late to take pills, here we go". sang it over and over. it was great.
