Yes it is. This is the shorter, acoustic version (Tonight Reprise). You're probably thinking of the "normal" version (Tonight, Tonight)

Colin's right, this is Tonight Reprise, a shorter acoustic version that Billy did of "Tonight Tonight." It's very pretty.
