If it's "more than", then the implication would be "now I'm working on your dad" would be like he's working on getting into her life. But I saw it live and I'm pretty sure it's MOTHER.

It is Mother. "I've kissed your more than twice" makes no sense at all. He means, "I am a tart that not only has seduced your mother, but I am planning on seducing your father" but the whole song is tongue in cheek.
