by kamen on 9/23/2009 7:48pm Morrisey isnt a racist, he is detailing a story that happend at an english school to an asian boy by english boys. If you check the end he says he wants to go to a more "civilized" place. He is not a racist, he is telling a story. Just like all of his other songs.
