Organ Grinder is about what makes us all tick. In real life the organ grinder makes a monkey dance. This is more along the lines of what depravity human beings actually crave. From the smallest, youngest person to the biggest and oldest. Think about it as 'The Devil Made Me Do It' and this song is being played by the devil (not literally).
