by Gwen on 4/7/2009 3:02pm I'm getting some of the girls in my neighborhood involved with making Easter bonnets this week...I have plenty of Arts-n-Crafts (Straw hats, silk flowers, bows, and ribbons...to name a few of the items that I have). I guess it's my way of keeping the tradition alive along with the old fashion song.
by Bob S on 4/12/2009 10:36am I am guessing 11 out of 10 people under the age of 30 will have no clue what the rotogravure was. Maybe it's time to rewrite the song for the modern idiom, in which case the line will go something like "with all your lovely dressage, you soon be a text message"
by Wilma D'Souza on 4/22/2009 8:31pm Thank you for the lyrics. I remember my Mom singing it in her kitchen. I couldn't remember all the words. My friend and I are attending an Easter Parade party and we plan to perform, sing and dance to the "Easter Parade".
