This was the piano song after recovering from a blow to his throat in the movie "Jailhouse Rock". At first, he wasn't sure if his voice box had been hurt, but a few chords into the piece, the rest of the band came in and joined in. It is one of the most beautiful melodies Elvis ever sang.
