I had purchased "Nature Boy" on iTunes; however, I read the words for the first time today on your site. What a powerful, impassioned song! The ending words left me with thoughts of who I truly care for and love, and the appreciation I have for my charming husband. Thank you!

I am a musician and poet, and one of my friends gave me the Moulin Rouge soundtrack as a gift, and I could not get over this first track! The lyrics are...paradoxically beyond words.

the lyric is wrong...it should read (after "land and sea")..."a little shy, and sad of eye, but very wise was he."

The original song was written by Nat King Cole. It looks like Bowie changed them slightly. Not sure If I like the rewrite but the original is amazing.
