Yeah this song is about Twin Peaks Fire Walk with Me. Watch it. He "comes in through the window" and the scream at the start is sampled from the film.
Shit shows what I know, hahaha, I thought the song was about some guy beating the shit out of his girlfriend(or some girl he knew) because the dad molested his own daughter. Actually, according to the Resurrection DVD, the lyrics aren't really based on anything but the music. Mark listens to the music, and he comes up with the lyrics that matches the instruments. He said he hated what he came up with for The Flame, and he dosen't agree with it at all. He thinks it's the worst thing to happen to a girl. But it was how he felt when he heard the instruments.
