We met in '88 and everything was wonderful. Even though we lived in different states (he in LA & I in CA), we knew this was meant to be. The 2 weeks we spent together, we loved a lifetimes worth. The night before I had to leave, this song played again. We didn't realize how profound (prophetic) its words were going to become for us. 21 years later we found each other again; and ALL the Love we had for each other back then is still ever present! I'd often try to find it but didn't know who sang it until I was covering their other song "How Can I Fall" with my band and stumbled upon this one. It brought back so many childhood memories of me going to school in the morning and singing with my mother. Its such a beautiful song I think I'll sing it for auditions now as it shows emotion and range. :)
