this song has become my theme song NOW that I'm a grandma. it describes me and encourages me. my grandchildren may never write a song about me but I pray when they hear this one they will always think of me. Thanks, Grandma; M.Reed(R.I.P) for raising me after the my mother death. You did good.

This song reminds me of my beloved grandmother who meant absolutely the world to me. This song is oh so true. RIP (M.D.G......7/3/2007) I heard this song on BET during the SUNDAY BEST competition and absolutely loved it!! Definitely is a tear jerker....

This song reminds me of my grandmother upon my mothers death my grandmother raised me. My mother even named me after my grandmother. Whatever her hands could find to do she did it on the family land , home , or church.

that song is about myself and every grandmother who do just what bill sing about in his song.every complainer who don,t like this song ,did not have this type of grandma,they had the grandma from hell,thats why they complains.
